Bennebroek is a town and former municipality in the Netherlands, in the province of North Holland, now part of Bloemendaal municipality. On March 29, 2007, the municipal councils of Bennebroek and Bloemendaal agreed to merge into one municipality, which became reality on January 1, 2009.
The municipal Bloemendaal arose from the manorial Tetterode Aelberts Berg and Vogelenzang. Tetterode is Overveen, Bloemendaal Aelberts Mountain is the name Vogelenzang is unchanged.
